As part of their factory tour series, Mitsuya's Overseas Section visited Kofu.
Mitsuya Co., Ltd. operates four cutting-edge factories, each specializing in delivering exceptional plating and surface treatment services. Equipped with the latest technology and staffed by skilled experts, our facilities uphold the highest quality and innovation standards. Located in the Yamanashi Prefecture Machinery and Metal Industrial Park, Kofu City, Yamanashi, Mitsuya's Kofu Plant primarily handles electronic equipment parts via automatic processes. Using various automatic and manual rack and barrel plating lines, they achieve highly mechanized and efficient operations, leveraging technology to handle not only to electronic parts but also to a variety of industries.
A standout feature of Mitsuya's Kofu Plant is its ability to handle Tin Reflow and Tin Copper Plating. It is also distinct in being the only one of the four plants to conduct Zinc Plating. Another key feature is an Electroless Nickel Robot Plating Line, a fully automated line that primarily processes ICE and EV automotive parts.
