Mitsuya Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mitsuya") sets high priority on protection of Personal Data of Mitsuya’s customers ("you" or "your") and complies with data protection laws. This Privacy Policy describes your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation ((hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). Terms used in this Privacy Policy (e.g. "Personal Data") shall have the meaning given to each of them in Article 4 of the GDPR.

Mitsuya may collect Personal Data, including but not limited to:
- First name, family name and user name;
- Residential address;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- Company name; and
- Contents of your inquiry.
2. How Mitsuya collect your Personal Data
Mitsuya collects your Personal Data when:
- you make an inquiry via Mitsuya’s website, etc.;
- you fill in Mitsuya’s form such as a management form upon your visit to Mitsuya’s office for a tour of Mitsuya’s facilities, business negotiation or any other purposes;
- you cooperate with a questionnaire survey or any other research conducted by Mitsuya at any exhibition, event or other opportunities;
- you exchange your business card with Mitsuya’s employee, etc.; or
- Mitsuya obtains such Personal Data from Mitsuya’s business alliance partner.
3. Purposes for processing your Personal Data
Mitsuya collects and processes your Personal Data only for Mitsuya:
- to respond to your question or inquiry against Mitsuya;

4. Retention period for your Personal Data
Mitsuya will process your Personal Data only for the period required for specific purposes for processing of the data. In principle, Mitsuya will retain your Personal Data for the period required for processing of the data for any of the foregoing purposes unless Mitsuya need to store the data for longer than such period in order to achieve the purpose for processing of each data.
5. Your rights in your Personal Data
You have the right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR), the right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR), the right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR) and the right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR).
In case your Personal Data is processed with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent under Article 7, Paragraph 3 of the GDPR. In case your Personal Data is processed for Mitsuya’s legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Item (f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of the Member State in which you reside (Article 77 of the GDPR).
6. Amendment to this Privacy Policy
Mitsuya may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The last update of this Privacy Policy was made on 31st Aug 2021.
