As always we at we Mitsuya strive to provide plating and plating methods that our customers can be satisfied with. Until now, the only plating method for AuSn was rack plating. There were restrictions on the number of lots and the shape of the parts. However, we are now able to plate AuSn in barrels. This allows us to plate large quantities of small parts in one lot.
