Company Z, which manufactured measurement equipment, visited us for asking 10μm silver plating uniformly on the on one surface area and the size was φ50mm of φ60mm product.
This product was applied to the standard plate for film thickness.
Though it was very difficult challenges to perform the thickness guarantee, plating method, anti-tarnish storage method and maintain of silver purity, our technical division resolved problems and could deliver the products to Company Z.
