We have developed a tin-copper reel-to-reel plating.
It is easy for whiskers to occur with tin plating alone. However, by adding copper to tin, it becomes difficult for whiskers to occur. Furthermore, by adopting nickel plating as an under layer, it is more difficult for whiskers to occur.
