Heat resistant silver plating (MC-11HR-A, B)

The silver-plated film has excellent conductivity, contact resistance, solderability, and wire bonding properties, and is widely used as a contact material for various switches and connectors.
In recent years, silver-plated coatings have begun to be used in high-voltage connectors, fuel cell vehicles, industrial fuel cells, etc. installed in hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles, but conventional silver-plated coatings are used at high temperatures (200 ° C or higher). The adhesion was not sufficient and the product performance and reliability could not be ensured.
In particular, the silver plating film on stainless steel or nickel plating has significantly reduced adhesion in high temperature environments.
Therefore, Mitsuya has developed two types of silver-plated films that have good adhesion in high-temperature environments.
