Electro Nickel-Phosphorus plating

We provide the electro nickel-phosphorus plating with high hardness and the excellent corrosion resistance.
Since nickel-phosphorus alloy plating has good properties such as the corrosion resistance and the abrasion resistance, this is used for the machine parts and electronic components as a surface material.
And because of the non-magnetism property, this plating can be used for the parts which are not compatible in magnetic environment.
This is usually done by electroless plating method, but is also able to be done by electric plating method. It is possible to increase the hardness by a heat treatment, but the plating is magnetized.
