This is the most conductive silver plating with high heat resistivity and high purity (99.9 wt%).
Non-bright or matte silver plating is used for the die bonding of semiconductors, for the wire bonding pad, and for the high temperature parts because it has a good electrical properties, heat resistivity and high purity.
